This piece was created from a raised panel section of a vintage door.  The original hole where the doorknob was mounted is still present in the lower left corner (see photos).  The wood has been refinished with a dark stain - but there is still much patina present as evidenced by some imperfections in the wood. The lettering is in ivory, and reads "Coat Check". A clear satin finish has been applied.  5 vintage porcelain knobs have been attached for "hangables", along with vintage label holders (antique brass color) for each knob.  Personalize this piece by putting your own family's names written on labels that can be slid into each label holder! Hangs with 2 keyhole slots routed into the back (32" apart).  42" wide x 13" tall; projects ~3.5" from wall.
