This piece was created from a portion of a vintage recessed panel door. The original paint finish has been carefully sanded to reveal the current color combination of ivory, beige, and some raw wood. There are significant cracks in the old paint finish, and a spot at bottom left with missing paint where old doorknob hardware was once mounted. The hand painted lettering is dark brown and reads "Valet". Vintage window sash lock catches are used as hooks to hold 4 sets of keys - label each using the vintage label holders. At the bottom, two vintage doorknobs are mounted to hold your coats, purses, etc. A vintage escutcheon plate is mounted beneath the doorknob on the left side. An eclectic look to add style & function to your home! Hangs using 2 keyhole slots routed into the back. Rough measurements: 13.75" wide by 27.25" tall.
