This piece was created from a vintage 2 pane storm window. The frame has been refinished with black paint, however, signs of patina are still present in the finish. A stripe pattern in red, beige, and small amounts of green and ivory back the top pane, which is painted in black with an original "Main Street Cafe" design. The bottom pane is fitted with green factory-made, magnetic porcelain coated steel chalkboard - painted with "daily specials". See the link below for more info on the chalkboard material. Included with this purchase is an eraser with a magnetic back, which sticks to the chalkboard (not pictured).
