This piece was created from a vintage 2 pane window.  The frame has been refinished with dark stain. The background is a floral / scroll pattern in beige and red colors.  The lettered design was inspired by quality standards from the wine industry; an appellation is a rating given to a wine that meets a certain quality standard.  "Old World" refers to wines from European countries (as opposed to New World wines - which would include wines from the Americas and Australia).  A great piece to add vintage character to your kitchen or wine cellar!  31.5" wide by 23.25" tall.
