This piece was created from a vintage window sash.  The frame has been refinished with black paint.  The original "coffee house" design has been hand painted onto the glass and reads "Coffee House; Espresso - Cafe Latte - Macchiato - Cappuccino; Open 24 Hours".  The backing is a portion of a real coffee bean sack with muted green and black printing.  There is a deep purple stripe woven through the sack vertically.  There is also a small amount of purple showing on the far right side of this sack.  The sack has some imperfections and surface stains - most notably in the lower left corner (see photos).  The sack originally came from Mexico.  A great piece for the coffee lover's kitchen!  29" x 34"
